Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a secure, working site. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
When you email us
If you write to hello@eurinvoice.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run that project. Email to this address is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). We delete enquiries that do not lead to a project within 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f). Write to hello@eurinvoice.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
